Please Note: During peak periods there may be a wait before your experience begins. Purchasing tickets reserves your game time exclusively for your group and removes that reservation from available inventory. Because of this, all ticket sales are final unless Ticket Protection was purchased during checkout. If your plans change, please speak with a team member—we may be able to reschedule your reservation based on availability.

Add Purchase Protection for a small fee and get a 100% refund of your event purchase if you're prevented from attending due to a qualifying unforeseen circumstance. See all that's covered.

Purchase Protection will give you a 100% refund should you encounter:

Sudden illness or injury
Death in the family
Transportation Failure
Employment Obligations
Acts of Nature
Crime & Home Emergency

Get a 100% refund of your original event purchase, including taxes and fees, if a qualifying unforeseen circumstance prevents you from attending. Certain exclusions apply. Not valid for events, attendees, or travel outside the USA. Purchase Protection is not insurance and is charged separately. Read full terms and conditions.
